It seems hardly a month passes without new updates arriving on our computers, offering new, faster and easier ways to work. Among these is Microsoft Excel which many businesses use as to store and update facts and figures.
However, Microsoft Excel has had many new time-saving features and functions added, which make it considerably more efficient than when it was introduced in 2003.
Wealden Business Group have asked Alex Waterton, a Microsoft certified trainer, to lead a training course to demonstrate Excel’s new time-saving features and functions – which he promises “could save you not minutes but hours a week.
“Be warned”, he adds, “this session could give you an extra week’s productivity a year for less effort.”
Wealden Business Group are offering places at the two-hour training session to be held on the morning of Wednesday, 22 June at The Little Silver Country Hotel, Tenterden. Cost: £15, including a full English breakfast, or £5 for the course only.
To apply for a place, contact Wealden Business Group secretary Dee Bateman, tel: 01233 503032 or 07958 612937, email deebateman@hotmail.co.uk
