Jennifer Kent lives in Folkestone with her son and an aging chihuahua. She is a toastmaster with aspirations to utilise her skills at the Dorchester Hotel in London. Jennifer Kent is confident and ambitious, and is not afraid to aim high.
But Jennifer is also known as Jennifer Penn, an author who writes non-fiction beautifully from the heart, with great observational skills and loads of insight. Jennifer Penn is very grown up, with clarity, wisdom and warmth.
Behind both personas is Jennie Lichfield, a mum of two grown up kids who built a fitness and yoga company up from scratch, until she sold it, and trained to be a Buddhist nun, until her mum died. Such a significant event would cause many to step back as reassess their lives, and Jennie was no exception, determining that she did not have to be a nun to lead a life of community, service and worth.
Jennie’s three key words are Adapt, Learn and Evolve. Characteristics we can all aspire to.
