Martin Bromfield is a recent new addition to the ranks of WBG members, and today took the opportunity to present to the group about Federation of Small Businesses, of which he is the local Membership Advisor.
Martin recently moved to Tenterden with his wife, sons and dog. Whilst he has had a long career in business, working from a number of blue chip companies, he was also a very talented tennis player at junior level, playing matches against a number of Wimbledon champions. He joined the FSB ranks in February this year, and is espousing its benefits across the Weald and beyond.
Those FSB benefit include legal and tax protection, covering you and your business if you are subject to HMRC inspections, employment tribunals, property disputes, and much more. That cover includes paying for any expert services that are needed during the process. There is also business advice through helplines and an online document hub, and add-ons which include a healthcare app and free business banking.
Membership starts at £195 per year for the self-employed without employees, and there is an Associate Member option if someone else in the business needs relevant support.
