On first glance, one might think that there is little business insight to be found in a book inspired by metaphysics which puts forward the theory that many of us are aliens who have volunteered to be reincarnated in human form, and whose mission is to enlighten the world, putting an end to conflict and misery. However, with Bill’s sage guidance, one can see how much of the content of the book can be utilised as metaphors for improving business performance.
For example, the book informs readers that they were reincarnated on Earth with a mission, but then forgot it. The lesson is that a successful business knows its mission and utilises it to bring clarity to decisions that drive the business forward.
