In Formula 1, a delay of just seven-tenths of a second in a pit stop could mean the difference between winning and losing a championship. Zak Brown of McLaren Racing details his management philosophy in such a high pressure environment. Perhaps surprisingly it’s not all about making decisions quickly, and raises many questions that all business owners should ask themselves, as Bill Ferguson explained in his review. What followed was a very lively and engaging conversation.
