Andy came and surveyed the work needed first , and gave me a quote which was very reasonable, then he brought the 2 members of his team to introduce themselves, and make sure the scope was exactly to my requirements. They came back that afternoon to carry out work. The garden looks fantastic, and they were exceptionally tidy taking away all the cuttings and making sure public paths had been swept as well. They will now be doing my front garden on a regular basis. Would highly recommend.
