Susie Brooks – Therapy and Life Coaching

Professional Intuitive Therapist, Susie K Brooks, posed this provocative question as she started her presentation to Wealden Business Group today. It’s a question that lies behind many of the issues that she helps people address, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, fear, anger, abuse, guilt, panic and PTSD. Susie finds that people seeking her help, or referred to her by local GPs, often need to find an answer to that question as part of their recovery.

Susie is registered with the Association of Integrative Psychology (AIP) and has been trained in a range of therapy techniques, often by the creators themselves. She utilises NLP, Hypnotherapy, Metaphors of Movement (MoM) therapy and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) depending on the client’s requirements. Expanding on IEMT to the group, Susie explained that it utilises eye movement to re-program the brain to process traumatic events whilst the client is not in a traumatic state. It often only requires one to three sessions, and the effects are permanent.
