At the WBG breakfast meeting this morning we were joined by John Kirkham. John divided the group into three groups and took part in a game where the aim was to win as many points as possible.
Afterwards, John Kirkham facilitated a discussion on the merits of different strategies and demonstrated the value of collaboration over competing as individual teams – showing how working together can achieve the best overall outcome for everyone.
John has been a member of the group in the past, so it was great to welcome him back and learn from his expertise as an organisational coach.
