Following the shocking and sad death of Dr Michael Mosley in June of this year whilst on holiday in Greece, his latest book entitled Just One Thing was chosen for the WBG book club. The book contains a number of changes one can make to their lifestyle in order to benefit their physical and mental wellbeing. Changes such as cold showers, standing on one leg, mindfulness and better eating habits are examined and discussed, all having being tried by Dr Mosley himself as he did with all the advice he has offered over the years.
