As part of the Sibley Pares group Taylor Riley has built up a detailed knowledge of both the commercial and residential property market in Kent extending into East Sussex. It provides a wide range of expertise to include commercial agency, residential agency, property management and professional services. Professional services include valuations for sale, acquisition, secure lending purposes, insurance, probate and tax. We also act in connection with rent reviews, lease renewals, business rates appeals and planning matters.
Michael Taylor was a founding Partner at Taylor Riley and now continues as a Consultant dealing with both commercial and residential matters relating to both agency and professional services. His client base includes local authorities, NHS Trusts and pension funds together with private companies and individuals.
